Return and Exchange Policy for Vintage Tee L

At Vintage Tee L, each piece of apparel is uniquely made to order based on your specific selections. Due to this customization process, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that all items purchased from Vintage Tee L are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect order
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences

We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order details, including size, color, and any other customization options, before completing your purchase. Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions to ensure you select the correct items.

Exchanges (Limited to Manufacturing Defects or Errors):

While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we understand that manufacturing defects or errors on our part can occasionally occur. In such rare instances, we will gladly offer a replacement for the exact same item.

Conditions for Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defects or Errors:

To be eligible for a replacement due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, you must:

  1. Notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at jeff@three-lakes.com with your order number and a description and/or clear photograph of the defect or error.
  2. We DO NOT need the defective item returned.

Once your request is received and the defect or error is verified by our team we will arrange for a replacement of the exact same item to be shipped to you.

Important Considerations:

  • Slight variations in color or appearance due to differences in monitor settings are not considered manufacturing defects or errors.
  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper care or handling by the customer.
